Broker Optimizer is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information in compliance with Saudi Arabia's PDPL, GDPR, and industry best practices.

Property Portfolio Data

  • Valuations: AVM predictions, confidence scores

  • Access logs, IP addresses, timestamps
  • Retention: 90 days
  • Purpose: Security and debugging

  • ❌ Property addresses (only coordinates)

  • Provide automated valuation and portfolio optimization services
  • Train and improve ML models (anonymized data only)
  • Send service updates and notifications

Storage Location: AWS Middle East (me-south-1, Bahrain) and Europe (eu-west-1, Ireland)
